Hidden in San Diego’s backcountry, high above the clouds, is Bailey’s on Palomar Mountain. A magical place where time seems to stand still. The eternal aura that surrounds Bailey’s creates the perfect atmosphere for exchanging vows and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
2020 Dates Still Available!
Founded in the late 1880's by Theodore Bailey, Bailey's on Palomar is a private 60-acre destination wedding venue featuring verdant green meadows, old-growth forests, century-old walnut trees, and more. From its historic dancehall to the lovingly recreated and restored original Bailey House homestead, the property maintains its genuine, pioneering, western charm.
Today, we are happy to continue to offer this heritage-rich family homestead as your exclusive destination wedding venue
- a Bailey family tradition for over a century.
Lets Plan Your Big Day!
Create the Wedding you’ve Dreamed About.
Reminiscent of the freedom our pioneering past, a destination wedding at Bailey’s allows each bride and groom the ability to tailor their wedding according to their desires.
A unique venue, Bailey’s blends 60 acres of incredibly beautiful mountain backcountry and over 100 years of history. Walking through the historic dancehall you can almost feel the joyous energy of days gone by. Serve drinks from the ‘soda’ bar that saw Prohibition. Walk through open green meadows to a romantic ceremony under walnut trees planted by Theodore Bailey himself in the 1888.
